Cruising Corner

Gayle & Eric Locke - Cruise Committee

Another season of cruising and socializing is drawing to an end but there are still events left to keep us on or, at least, reminded of the water .

We could all use the relaxation and fun!

When you receive this issue of Catscan there may still be time to attend the Windsor Labor Day cruise. If you decide to go, contact the Lakeside Marina directly and tell them you are a late addition to the CRCA group.

If you have questions or concerns about any of the cruises please contact the cruise sponsors or us.

Metro Beach Pumpkin Cruise

Cruise Leaders – Glen & Becky Ellison

(586) 463-7876

This late in the season no reservations are necessary at Metro. Look for Adventure when you get there, she’ll be somewhere near the finger docks. If your boat has already been pulled for the season, please join us by car. There will be a special gift for every boat represented at the cruise.

The toasty fire is always extra special at this final cruise of the season. Hot dogs and marshmallows will be provided. Please bring a dish to pass to round out our meal. Halloween costumes are optional, no prizes given for this, just fun to do.

Remember, bring a carved pumpkin for our annual and now famous, carving contest.

Cruising Corner continued

Trillium, Second Wind and

Lady Godiva moments after start.
