Get your hula skirt, coconuts, leis, and ukulele out for the luau at Metro Beach!  This is one cruise you don’t want to miss!  While you’re shaking the dust off your hula skirt, don’t forget to decorate your boat, too.

BLACK LAGOON - RAFT OFF

 Be at the Metro Black River Lagoon by 12:00 Saturday. Bring those yummy treats for our traditional
 Appetizer Dinner. Don’t forget extra lines and bumpers! Whoever wants to attend can just show up,
and as long as you bring sufficient libations you should all have a great time!

This is a different spot, but the same fine Pancakes. Yes friends , you’re invited to the sixth annual Pancake breakfast.
But first things first. Plan to leave CR1 around 9:00. We’ll have a Saturday cocktail hour at 3:00. We expect the usual great collection of goodies. Dinners Saturday and Sunday will be at your discretion. Perhaps you have a favorite Italian place down town or maybe the Casino or the restaurant at the marina.
Sunday morning, join us for breakfast. In addition to the star attraction, we will have coffee and fruit. All will be served between 9:00 and 10:30. If that’s too early for you let us know the night before and we’ll deliver a pancake to your boat.
There will definitely be a special activity with the time, place and details to be announced at the event. Hope to see you all there.

The next big Social Event will be the catered dinner following the Catalina Invitational Race on Sunday, August 19.  The dinner will be at the Markley Gazebo.  More info will be forthcoming regarding the cost and time. Everyone is welcome to the dinner --- racers and non-racers.   
Please note that this Invitational race will be held instead of the International Race that had been previsouly announced to be on Saturday, August 25.
Bring your own drinks, and chairs.  See you all there.
